What is a 1300 Number?

A 1300 Number is a type of telephone number that is used for business and commercial purposes. It is a premium, ten-digit telephone number that begins with 1300 and is used exclusively for receiving incoming calls.

When a customer dials a 1300 number, the call is redirected to the business’s existing phone number, which could be a landline, mobile phone or VoIP number.

1300 Numbers are often used by businesses that have a national or regional presence, as they allow customers to call a single number regardless of their location. They can also be used to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, as calls to a 1300 number can be redirected to different phone numbers based on the source of the call.

What is a 1800 Number?

A 1800 Number is a type of telephone number that is used for business and commercial purposes. It is a premium, ten-digit telephone number that begins with 1800 and is used exclusively for receiving incoming calls.

When a customer dials a 1800 number, the call is free for the caller, and the business that owns the number pays for the call. This means that customers can call the business for free, regardless of their location in Australia.

1800 Numbers are often used by businesses that want to provide customers with a toll-free option for customer service, sales or support. They can also be used to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns as calls to a 1800 number can be redirected to different phone numbers based on the source of the call.

Make your number memorable with Phonewords.

Phonewords can be a powerful marketing tool for businesses that want to improve their brand recognition, customer engagement, and customer service.

Obtaining a smartnumber, where numbers are converted to letters, can make remembering your number easier for your customers. Studies have shown that people are more likely to remember a phone number that spells out a word or phrase, rather than a string of random numbers.
