Your usage will determine the plan that is most suitable for your needs.
Business PAYG Plan (Pay-As-You-Go)
This plan is generally suited to businesses with light to medium usage.
Our Pay-As-You-Go plan means you only pay for what you use.
If you don’t have a high outbound call rate, a PAYG option is probably best suited to your needs.
Business Calls Included Plan
This plan is generally suited to businesses with medium to heavy usage.
Our Business Calls Included Plan includes all Local, National & Australian mobile calls and is a great option to prevent bill shock for businesses with high call volumes. The only variable charges are your unincluded call costs (ie. International, 1300 numbers).

What are the advantages of VoIP?
Overall, VoIP offers a range of advantages over traditional phone systems, including cost savings, mobility, scalability, features and integration with other systems.
VoIP is Cost-effective
VoIP Services can be significantly cheaper than traditional phone services. Sedcom has been able to decrease customer telephone bills by up to 50%
VoIP is Mobile
Traditional telephone lines tied phone numbers to a physical location, whereas VoIP Services can be relocated to any location, at any time, that has an operational high speed internet connection. This is extremely useful for remote works or businesses with multiple locations.
VoIP is Scalable
VoIP is not reliant on physical lines, so you can easily add or remove lines as your business grows or shrinks.
What are the disadvantages of VoIP?
Internet
VoIP Services are dependent on a strong, high speed internet connection to avoid jitter and latency. If the internet connection is weak, overloaded, or disrupted, call quality may suffer or calls may be disconnected altogether.
Outages
VoIP Services require electricity and an internet connection to function. This means that if there is a power outage or internet outage, VoIP may not be available. Sedcom can set a route exhaustion action on your account, meaning that calls will automatically get diverted to an alternate answering point during an outage (ie. Mobile phone number)
